Facebook Marketing (Part-1)

Today we will start learning about Facebook(FB) Marketing. We will learn mainly 3 important things about FB marketing these are: 1. FB Business Manager, 2. FB Commerce Manager and 3. FB Ad Manager. 

First, we will learn about FB Business Manager. To do FB marketing first and foremost thing is you need to create a FB page first. Here we will learn how to create a FB Business Page, start work with it, organise it and modify it with its advance modification tools. 

FB is mainly a social media company. It was first established to connect people, friends, family with each other through online media. But nowadays they are mainly focusing on the business for promotion and establishing it. It is not any post or day sharing page only it had also added video streaming opportunity and now its mainly focusing as an e-commerce forum site. It's developing day by day. 

Whatever, we will first learn how to create a FB business page. To do so you need to open a valid FB account. I like to add something here, to know FB business first you need to know the difference between FB profile and FB page. FB profile can be control by yourself like your post privacy, get likes etc. but in Page, it's not possible as it's a public page you can't control who can hit like buttons or not. So, we have learned something about the page now we are going to create a FB page. To do so go to your valid FB account then go to the dashboard, click + icon there, you will find the option Create which was under + icon. There you will find options called Post, Story, Life Event, Page, Ad, Group, Event, Marketplace Listing etc. You have to select only the Page option. When you will choose the page option it will take you to a page called Create a Page. You have to fill up all those information what they ask you like Page name, Category, Description. You need to give a unique name then choose the category that what is the type of your business like food, product, medical etc. It depends on your page type. You can choose only 3 type category not more than that. So add your categories. Now go to the Description box and write all your unique descriptions which is totally yours no copy-paste. Now hit the create page button. After that, you will get two more options called Images and Cover Page (optional). You have to upload your Business image. It is better to choose a logo in the image. Then upload a beautiful cover photo in another option. You can move the photo by using Drag to reposition option as per your requirement. Then click the save button. So, after that, your page will be created. Congratulation you have passed your first step. 

Now you need to change your username. You can see in the search box after the www.facebook.com/ there will be your user name and some numbers or letters which has been given through FB. But, you can create a custom name here that you can tell others that to find your page go to the website www.facbook.com/(your custom user name). To do so you need to go to the create user name option, a box will appear. Write down the custom user name. 

Now go to the Settings option in the left sidebar. Then write all the other information as you want like contact, email, website, location etc. 

After completing all of your information then go to the first page and you will find a blue box option in the right corner under your page cover photo called +Add a Button. Click there. You will get a bunch of Edit Page Button option here. This is actually a Provided button option that how may your follower contact you or what way they can communicate with you. Choose the button as you want. Which will depend on your requirement. 

You can see all your page in the as like a visitor using View as Visitor option by which you can understand that your page is okay or not. By that, you can correct or edit your page.
